No objection to concept design for alterations, per supplemental materials received 28 February 2023, including signage for Fountain Inn, lighting, and site work, PROVIDED any future structures at the front return for review by the OGB prior to construction. Illegal enclosure at front was removed prior to concept approval. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
