No objection to concept design to repair and replace exterior siding, trim, and doors, and to reopen a second floor window on the rear elevation, per materials received 10 February 2023, PROVIDED the applicant study the rear door design, further investigate whether historic siding exists that can be retained, and provide documentation of the interior plans as part of the record. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
