No objection to issuance of permit for the continued installation of temporary platforms and barriers in the curb lane of M Street, NW, and Wisconsin Avenue, NW, including the design for a new bench to be used at bus stops, per supplemental materials received 31 October 2023, PROVIDED the applicant make progress presentations to the Old Georgetown Board, no less than every four months, on the development of design guidelines for these installations and associated outdoor dining facilities, and on other related public space planning materials. This approval is for one year and expires on 31 December 2024, after which the temporary installations shall be removed unless an additional permit extension is granted by the Commission. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
