Scope of work includes the enclose of the existing south porch with new facades and the addition of a second floor; installation of new taller first floor windows; replacement of 3 rear dormers with one shed dormer; and construction of a new pool and two garden follies; and extensive interior renovations. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
