No objection to issuance of permit for a 24" tall, halo-illuminated wall sign and cladding the existing brass storefront mullions with matte black metal, per supplemental materials received __ May 2025, PROVIDED all penetrations for the sign are made through the mortar joints and not the brick. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
