No objection to issuance of permit for the installation of a wall sign on the frieze of the first-floor bay, light replacement above the door, and repainting of the door, trim, and shutters, per supplemental materials received __ September 2025, PROVIDED the applicant clarifies the spelling of the business on the sign; installs the sign on a backer board; and confirms the proposed location of the replacement light. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
