No objection to issuance of permit to replace awning signs with one awning, install sconces, and repaint, per materials received 15 August 2025, PROVIDED the existing blade sign, tube lights, and menu board are removed; existing cracks in the masonry are repaired prior to repainting; the replacement sconces are installed in the existing mortar penetrations; the awning is installed in mortar and not brick; and the applicant does not use an abrasive cleaning process to remove the existing paint. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
