No objection to revised permit for site work, including changing portion of approved aluminum fence to brick, and retaining a portion of the existing brick retaining wall previously approved for reconstruction, per supplemental materials received 27 August 2025. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
