No objection to issuance of permit for a metallic gold painted window sign on the ground floor window reading, "Springbone Kitchen", per supplemental materials received 21 August 2025, which indicate the sign will be two lines of text totaling 12 inches in height and a 7-inch tall sign for the hours of operation on the entrance door in green. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
