No objection to issuance of permit for reconstruction of rear-most chimney on the east side to exactly match existing, repointing of the front-most chimney on the east side, and installation of new concrete crowns on both chimneys, per supplemental materials received 22 August 2025, PROVIDED the mortar matches existing in strength and color, and any replacement bricks match existing bricks in size, color, density, and texture. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
