No objection to issuance of permit for storefront alterations and signage for American Vintage, per supplemental materials received 2 September 2025, which indicate the sign would be centered on the storefront at the OGB's direction. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
