No objection to issuance of permit to replace the louvered shutters with wood-paneled shutters and to construct a storage door in the front stoop to be a mirror image of the door at 2709 Dumbarton Street, NW, per supplemental materials received 2 September 2025, that confirm the door would match the door at 2709 Dumbarton and the gas meter would be relocated inside. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
