No objection to concept design to replace equipment in the existing mechanical yard and to add wood screening to the top of the existing masonry screening walls, per materials received 15 August 2025, PROVIDED the horizontal wood fencing design is utilized, the wood slats and louvers are painted dark green, and no more than 1/2 inch gap exists between the wood and masonry walls. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
