No objection to concept design for various alterations to residence and carriage house and 88-square-foot rear addition, per supplemental materials received 26 August 2025, PROVIDED the windows, sills, headers, and shutters on the historic residence are restored and not replaced; the windows on the third floor addition and second floor street windows are replaced with true-divided lite, single-glazed windows; details are provided on how the cornice and front door to the residence would be refurbished; more details are provided on the cupola and the applicant considers lowering the cupola; the applicant provides details on how the retaining wall and metal fence and gate would be reset, repaired, and restored; and the existing pattern on the replacement garage door panels are maintained to match the lite orientation on the sash windows above. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
