No objection to issuance of permit for wall sign reading, "Lil Sweet Treat" in 5-inch tall, halo-illuminated letters on a backer that is 44 by 44 inches above the entrance door, per supplemental materials received __ September 2025, which indicate the sign will be installed so that the top edge aligns with the top of the brick arched lintel of the adjacent window. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
