No objection to issuance of permit to demolish brick wall and wood lattice screening on west side of subject building, and erect a 6'-10" stained cedar slat fence, per supplemental materials received 2 September 2025, which indicate the wood fence posts are not on the street side of the fence. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
