No objection to issuance of permit to replace 36 windows with wood, single-glazed windows and 11 pairs of shutters with fixed Timberlane Endurian shutters, per supplemental materials received 19 September 2025, PROVIDED the shutters are painted the same black forest green color as the proposed windows on the north elevation. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
