No objection to concept design for new sign reading "Cottage House Ethiopian Cuisine," per supplemental materials received ___ December 2025, which indicate the sign would fit within the width of the masonry openings above and below, the backboard would be painted the same color as the building, and no awnings are installed without additional review. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
