No objection to concept design to raise wall, alter roof, rear addition, and other alterations, per the materials received 28 January 2026, PROVIDED the zinc cladding is pre-patinated so its a dull gray from day one; the scale of the zinc panels is reduced to be more the width of the existing roof panels; a horizontal mullion is added to each window in the addition so that they read as a modern version of two-over-two; the windows on existing side elevations should follow the Board's Window Policy and Guidelines; retain the corbeled cornice but add a few rows of brick above under the new roof so the original proportions are readable; the dormer details to be worked out in design development as the side walls and pediment as proposed in concept are oversized. File design development submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
