No objection to issuance of permit for the streatery in front of L'Annexe, per supplemental materials received _ February 2026, which indicate seven tables, 19 chairs, seven umbrellas, and _ pots, PROVIDED the applicant provide specifications for the rectangular tables shown on the site plan; and pots are shown on the site plan and limited only to the streatery and not the sidewalk;and all the pots should be the same material and have live plants. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
