Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for the streatery proposed in front of Pizzeria Paradiso, per supplemental materials received _ February 2026, which indicate eight tables, 13 chairs, one plastic planter, and two umbrellas, PROVIDED specifications are provided for the planter and umbrellas, and the canopy of the umbrellas should not exceed 6.5' and must otherwise conform with the Board's streatery guidelines; the height of the umbrella canopy at the edge is at least 80-inches clear; and lights currently observed in the photos are not acceptable moving forward. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
