No objection to issuance of permit for streatery in front of Flavio, per supplemental materials received 26 January 2026, which indicate 4 tables with 2 or 3 chairs each, and 3 umbrellas, PROVIDED sandwich board, astroturf, and metal rails with multi-colored fabric are removed, and decking and jersey barriers are installed, as indicated on the documentation. Refer to District Department of Transportation for compliance with public space regulations with regards to sidewalk clearance between sidewalk cafe and streatery. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
