No objection to issuance of permit for streatery in front of Bodega, per supplemental materials received 26 January 2026, which indicate 5 tables with 2 chairs each, and 2 umbrellas, PROVIDED plastic planters, overhead catenary lighting, and mounting poles are removed as indicated on the documentation. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
