No objection to issuance of permit for streatery in front of Clyde’s, per supplemental materials received ___ February 2026, which indicate 9 tables with 4 chairs each, and 8 umbrellas, PROVIDED plastic folding tables are not used. Sandwich board and small plastic planters were removed as part of application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
