No objection to issuance of permit to install deck, add privacy screen, replace fenestration, and site alterations, per supplemental materials received __ December 2025, PROVIDED the proposed fenestration is multi-lite wood French doors; the applicant provides a material sample for the trellis material; and the project narrative is corrected to reflect this project. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
