No objection to issuance of permit for streatery in front of Levain, per supplemental materials received 22 January 2026, which indicate 2 metal tables with 2 ratan chairs, and no umbrellas. Sandwich board and branded umbrellas were removed as part of this application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
