Recommendation
The Commission regrets that window openings were created and windows were replaced and installed without review. No objection to issuance of permit to alter front entrance, remove rear stairs, and install and replace windows, per supplemental materials received __ February 2026, PROVIDED the applicant label the material of the third sash on the fall protection windows to confirm their materials would comply with the Board's Window Policy and Guidelines; the newly installed windows would have no visible jamb liners; and the applicant confirms the cast stone still will remain under window on rear elevation. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
