No objection to issuance of permit for fenestration replacement, per supplemental materials received 7 July 2026, which indicate per the Old Georgetown Board's direction the six windows proposed for replacement on the front elevation would be retained and not replaced and all proposed replacement fenestration on the side and rear elevation would comply with the Board's Window Policy and Guidelines. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
