No objection to issuance of a permit application for various exterior alterations, per supplemental materials received _ April 2026, PROVIDED the proposed gooseneck lights and placeholder sign are removed from these plans and would be considered as part of a separate signage application and the length of the railing is reduced by four bays (two at east and two at west). Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
