No objection to issuance of permit to replace awning and other facade alterations, per supplemental materials received _ April 2026, PROVIDED masonry repairs are made to the brick prior to painting, including the upper left architectural embellishment and above the cornice; any awnings are limited to the storefront windows to either side of the recessed entry and the proposed awning that extends the width of the storefront is not acceptable; the awnings are open at the sides with valances no taller than 12”; the applicant confirms if the knee walls currently painted black would be painted a different color; and none of the placeholding signage is reviewed as part of this application and must be submitted as part of a separate application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
