No objection to issuance of permit to raise wall, alter roof, rear addition, and other alterations, per the supplemental materials received _ April 2026, PROVIDED the dormer cheek walls are narrower; the sash proportion and muntin configuration is restudied on the dormer windows; the dormer infill material should be traditional such as painted flush wood boards and not zinc panels; the zinc panels on the rear addition are pre-patinated and the applicant provide a sample; all fenestration glass does not have a Lo-E coating; the existing cornice on the front elevation is retained at its current position instead of shifting the cornice to the top of the wall as proposed; the new bricks and mortar are painted to match the existing; the applicant provide a specification or detail for the proposed lantern; and the interior newel post, handrails, and balusters are salvaged, modified, and reused in the new stair. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
