No objection to issuance of permit for a sixth-floor addition plus penthouse, in order to enlarge and convert an existing office building to mixed-use, per supplemental materials received 24 March 2026, PROVIDED a materials mockup (including but not limited to roof color, brick, window frames) is reviewed by the OGB prior to construction. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
