No objection to issuance of permit to replace front door, front railings, and front steps and landing, per supplemental materials received _ May 2026, PROVIDED The proposed three-lite door is not supported, and the replacement door must be Colonial Revival-style design made of solid wood; the stone landing is to be retained and repaired unless photo documentation is provided to prove it is unsalvageable; the elevations are updated to accurately show all the railings, including at the bottom stair and landing; a detail is provided for the railing design to include the existing twisted balusters and curlicues; and the applicant provides specifications for the replacement stone treads and risers and bricks, including colors. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
