No objection to concept design for Urban Outfitters storefront replacement and new signage, per supplemental materials received 10 June 2026, which per the Old Georgetown Board's direction indicates the sign band would be restored; the proposed signage would comply with the Board's Commercial Sign Guidelines; and the doors in the vestibule would be set farther back to expose the existing penny tile. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
