No objection to issuance of permit for alterations to existing rear metal trellis, per materials received 17 April 2026, including trimming the column, relocating the purlins above the beam, and adding an aluminum sheet metal roof on top, PROVIDED necessary repairs are made to restore the front terrace to its original condition to avoid demolition by neglect. Note that addition of roof and replacement of balustrade on front terrace are not part of scope after denial by the OGB. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
