No objection to issuance of permit for the first and third floor additions and roof replacement, per the supplemental materials 2 November 2026, which indicate per the Old Georgetown Board's direction that the windows will have putty profile muntins, and the window glass will be clear, single pane and not vacuum sealed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
