No objection to concept design for porch reconstruction, per supplemental materials received 21 May 2026, PROVIDED the porch is reconstructed to match 1914 drawings, but with a notch at the intersection of the porch roof and masonry wall around the bullseye on the window trim to accommodate flashing, no gutters are installed, and a splash block is used on the ground instead. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
