No objection to issuance of permit for rooftop solar on the Nolan Center for the Performing Arts, per mockup completed 27 May 2026 and supplemental materials received 4 June 2026, which per the Old Georgetown Board's direction includes confirmation there would be 114 panels; the metal trim skirt would be painted in flat black paint; a scaled detail is included for the roof that includes the trim skirt, panels at the appropriate angle, and dimensions for the mounting system; all references to Znshine panels have been removed; and confirmation that no conduit would be visible on the front or side-facing roof downslopes. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
