No objection to issuance of permit to paint exterior, remove signage, and replace door, per the supplemental materials received 9 July 2026, which per the Old Georgetown Board's direction indicate the existing metal sign bar installed without review by previous tenant would be removed and the masonry would be repaired. No signage has been reviewed and approved as part of this application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
