No objection to design development for new boathouse for Georgetown University, per supplemental materials received 22 June 2026, PROVIDED a 3-inch ridge cap is used on the roof, the visual thickness of the rear deck floor is relieved, the window muntins are thicker (minimum 5/8" projection recommended), signage is minimized, more details for the railing and pickets are submitted, and details for lighting are submitted. File permit at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
