No objection to concept design to replace fenestration, per materials received 12 June 2026, PROVIDED the windows to be replaced on the front elevation are 2/2 wood sash with true-divided lites; the windows proposed for replacement in the rear brick block are 6/6 wood sash with insulated glass and no low-emissivity coating, including Window J that is to be restored to its original opening size; and the windows proposed for the rear stucco block may be insulated glass with a low-emissivity coating limited to the third surface. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
