No objection to issuance of permit for construction of single-family house on a vacant lot, per supplemental materials received 9 July 2026, which per the Old Georgetown Board's direction indicates that all cornices would be made of wood and not urethane; the front railings would be simple handrails rather than guardrails; the extraneous railings on A-000 in the front yard have been removed; the window schedule has been updated to indicate single glazing for multilite windows visible from public space; the height of the wall at the parking area would not be taller than 42"; and the box at the rear stair on A-000 has been removed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
