No objection to the concept for proposed renovation and addition as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 6 February 2004, with the exception of the roof construction on the existing structure and the windows of the new structure. No construction, including decks, terraces or enclosed spaces should occur at or on roof level of the existing structure. In addition, windows of the new structure should match windows in the existing structure with regard to height and lintel size. Suggest reduction of height of third floor bay to create a balcony, rather than interior space, allowing new structure to conform to existing neighborhood context.
