No objection to concept for proposed window replacement in drawings received and dated 8 March 2004. Recommend AGAINST concept for proposed replacement of front door and addition of roof. Proposed door and roof are inappropriate for the design character of the existing structure. Recommend AGAINST concept of proposed future addition. Although a smaller addition to the existing structure may be acceptable, the current proposal is too large. Request that the applicant clarify and resolve all zoning issues related to the proposed concept design including but not limited to: FAR, use, lot occupancy, set back requirements and height prior to filing for permit review.
