No objection to the issuance of permit for the temporary installation of eight facade banner-type signs and two rooftop signs as shown in materials received and dated 3 November 2006, provided there are no permanent attachments or drilled holes. It is understood that the signs will be in place less than twelve months and only for the celebration of the library's 75th anniversary.
