Recommend AGAINST issuance of permit for six-foot high metal fence and for the relocation of existing hedges and landscaping to accommodate new fence. Proposed fence is not in keeping with adjacent residential properties. The moving of existing mature hedges and the trimming of existing plantings will most likely damage or kill these plants and will degrade the visual quality of the property and neighborhood.
