No objection to the issuance of permit for the installation of replacement windows (double-hung wood sash at front elevation and double-hung wood clad sash elsewhere), as shown in materials received and dated 5 September 2008 and supplemental materials received and dated 11 September, with the exception that the top floor windows shall be 6/6 in lieu of 3/3 as long as the proportions of the individual lights can remain square or vertical. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning and structural review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval. Refer to the Historic Preservation Review Board.
