No objection to the issuance of permit for the construction of additions at the third floor and rear, as shown in materials received and dated 12 September 2008. Design conforms to previously-approved concept. Either documented option for the north elevation of the third floor addition is acceptable. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning and structural review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
