No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing building entrance marquee, including three new signs, and for modifications to an existing roof terrace, including planters, paving, railings, trellises, and the extension of an existing exit stair to the roof, as shown in materials received and dated 8 March 2013 and supplemental materials received and date 19 March 2013, provided that the maximun height of the fence around the pool be 6'-0" as measured from the walking surface of the non-terraced roof, or lower if possible. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
