No objection to the concept for a new deck and stair to replace an existing deck, the recladding of an existing sunroom, and other minor exterior modifications, as shown in materials received and dated 18 October 2013. Design largely conforms with the unbuilt portions of a previously approved permit submission. Note: This is a concept approval only. When ready, submit the permit drawings and a permit application to DCRA for review by the Commission.
